The market has ended, and the outcome was great! We hope everyone who stopped by had their fill of food and fun during our two nights in Ottawa's Chinatown.
We would like to give thanks to all the people who helped make our first night market a success. To the sponsors who gave us a hand, the vendors and their excellent goods, the colourful performers, the hard working volunteers, and as well as the visitors. Everyone pitched in together and made the Ottawa Night Market's Night!
Taking things from this year, we'll learn to improve for next year, so it will be bigger, better and brighter than before! Hope to see you all soon!

The first annual Ottawa Night Market is going to hit Ottawa in two days, hope everyone is ready!
As mentioned before, we have two ticket drawing contests running during the event. Winners will be announced at 7:00 PM on Saturday, so make sure not to miss out!
Tickets for the first ticket drawing contest are selling at $3 per ticket and $8 for 3. The prizes for the first prize draw are as follows:
- Grand Prize: A one(1) night stay for two at the Lord Elgin Hotel in the Executive Suite with breakfast and a voucher for the Grill 41 Restaurant. The lucky winner will also receive two(2) membership passes to Fengshen gym. Total value : $1000
- 2nd Prize: Two(2) membership passes to Fengshen gym, a Wontonmama gift certificate and a Crepella Restaurant gift certificate. Total Value : $555
- 3rd Prize: One(1) membership pass to Fengshen gym and gift certificates to Wontonmama, Bowich, and Saguicco restaurants. On top of that are two(2) Cineplex Movie passes and a Bridgehead coffee basket. Total value : $370
- 4th Prize: One(1) membership pass to Fengshen gym and gift certificates to Saguicco and Bowich restaurants. Total value :$260
- 5th Prize: Receive a Starbucks gift basket, and gift certificates to Wontonmama, Bowich, Saguicco, and Crepella Restaurants. Total value: $95
- 6th Prize: Receive a Hallmark gift basket, and gift certificates to Wontonmama, Bowich, Saguicco and Crepella Restaurants. Total value : $65
- 7th Prize: Prize – Receive an Indian and Wontonmama Resturant Gift Certificates that's worth $45
The second prize draw is a 50/50 draw, one ticket is for $2, or you can buy 3 for $5
As a bonus, if you enter in both prize draws, you'll be automatically entered into a THIRD prize draw. The prize for this one is a sunset dinner cruise on the Ottawa river, courtesy of Ottawa Kiosk.

The Night market isn't just a place to shop, we also have entertainment to liven up your experience. Two nights of excellent performers finished by a viewing of adrenaline filled Action Flick - Fast Five:Oh, and lets not forget about the raffle ticket prize contest! (more details on this to come)
